Nodalite terms of use

Nodalite is a tool for writing SQL DDL and visualizing database structures as ERDs. The current Web version does not connect directly to your database or execute SQL.

Web projects are kept in your browser storage. They may be lost when browser data is cleared, a private browsing session ends, storage is cleaned up, or a device fails. Export important work regularly as SQL or project files.

You retain your rights to SQL and projects that you create or import. You are responsible for confirming that you have permission to use that content.

Parsing, diagnostics, SQL generation, and ERD representations are provided as reference tools. Before applying anything to a real database, review the dialect, constraints, permissions, and impact of the change, and prepare a separate backup.

• Processing data in violation of laws or another person's rights
• Interfering with the security or normal operation of the service
• Entering or distributing SQL, personal information, or trade secrets obtained without authorization

Features and delivery methods may change for security, operations, or product improvements. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Nodalite operator limits liability for damages caused by deletion of browser storage, applying SQL without user review, or failures of external services, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
